2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the BookBula platform and process booking requests.
- To connect guests with hosts and facilitate direct communication.
- To send service-related notifications such as booking confirmations and password resets.
- To improve the platform and resolve technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations under Fijian law.
3. Payment Transactions
BookBula does not process payments. All financial transactions take place directly between guests and hosts using their chosen payment method (cash, EFTPOS, M-PAiSA, MyCash, bank transfer, etc.). We are not party to these transactions and do not store any financial account information.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Between guests and hosts: When a booking request is made, relevant contact details are shared to facilitate the booking.
- Legal requirements: If required by Fijian law or court order.
- Safety: To protect the safety of our users or the public.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords and secure HTTPS connections. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
