Once your booking is confirmed, pay the host directly using whichever payment method they accept. This could be cash at check-in, M-PAiSA, MyCash, EFTPOS or bank transfer. There are no booking fees charged to guests.

When a booking is confirmed, agree with your host on which payment method you will use. The host has already listed their accepted methods on their profile.
Pay using whatever payment method the host supports. This might be cash when you arrive, a mobile money transfer via M-PAiSA or MyCash before arrival, EFTPOS at the property, or a direct bank transfer. The host decides what works for them and guests choose a listing accordingly.
Always ask your host for a receipt or confirmation message, whether it is a paper receipt, a screenshot of a mobile transfer or a message in the BookBula chat. Keep it for your records.
After your stay, leave a review through BookBula. This helps other guests find good hosts and rewards hosts who provide great experiences.
